Well, this isn’t a slimming plan or calorie controlled diet, it is a re-patterning of your relationship with food and drink from the ground up, so to speak.

Its this simple. To lose weight you have to eat a quality diet and take a reasonable amount of exercise. This will obviously vary depending upon your age and health.
By using a combination of hypnotherapy and NLP the aim is to make this an easy, automatic process.
Weight control help. How many sessions will it take?
This will depend upon your individual circumstances, although the average number of 1-hour sessions for weight control tends to be between three and six.
This will allow us to work on your weight control on several levels over time, both on a conscious level and ‘unconsciously’ to establish new patterns of eating easily. By this approach you throw away the scales and calorie books and measure your success by your needing smaller clothes.
