’Following many recurring incidents of violence at High Schools all over the world, I felt compelled to create this CD for children to help them relax and let go of the intense fear some of them feel even in simple day to day activities like attending school. And many of those fears and worries for little minds can be easily replaced with images of the loving family of dolphins as they swim and play with them, I inserted messages around the extended family and the support of each member for the little one, letting them feel loved, cherished and positive about themselves. �''My daughter simply would not go to bed before 9pm without a lot of struggle and negotiation. I felt such guilt because she missed her father. Kathy sent me her CD and that first night my daughter went off to sleep with no negotiation!
