You said to get in touch to say how things are...and...have to say pretty good. You may have guessed that my initial thoughts weren't too good, as I had expected to go into a deep trance and didn't appear to, but I have found that I do feel that I have more space, and am not too uncomfortable in situations that, as far as I can recall, would have bothered me before.

Totally excellent! A truly amazing afternoon! I must say that I have such a different 'take' on things now. Nothing seems to bog me down and I am looking forward to all the things I can now achieve.
