Stop being so angry whilst driving (and at other times too…)
We don’t waste any time wondering where road rage comes from, what causes it or why it happens. However you have learned to be so angry whilst driving, this anger is most definitely ‘conditioned behaviour’. We use very direct reconditioning techniques from the fields of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and hypnotherapy. We aim to help you to put an end to road rage quickly, easily and for good.
You don’t need to be told that the behaviour is stupid, bad, irresponsible or dangerous because you have probably thought these things yourself. Yes, there are people who drive like complete idiots, or with a staggering lack of awareness of their surroundings, or much too slowly, because they are old, nervous, or just simply ‘slow’.
What will you do to help me stop my road rage?
Well firstly it usually only takes one or two sessions to sort out these kinds of anger problems. Road rage happens when certain ‘triggers’ occur whilst you are driving. The knowledge of what these triggers are (and you will certainly know what they are!) is of no help whatsoever if you are continuing to react with unconsciously generated knee-jerk reactions in your mind. We simply re pattern them, we take those times when you would have experienced extreme anger and neutralise the triggers using hypnosis and NLP. It’s that simple.
