Allan suffered from premature ejaculation.
It is said that most men experience premature ejaculation at least once in their lives and it is estimated that 1 in 3 men do so on a regular basis, making it the most common sexual problem for men.

For it is the fear of the problem that often brings it on, it seems to us, and out job is to train your mind to work in harmony with your body, to get you out of the self-perpetuating loop of thinking that has you worrying that the problem will happen.
For example, a man with this problem, when thinking ahead to the next time he is going to have sex will imagine having the problem again. In a sense, this is a normal rational response. If it has happened before it makes sense to expect it to happen again.
Anything you 'expect' to happen in terms of your thinking, feeling and behaving tends to help bring it about. For example, you have probably had occasions when you have set the alarm clock for an earlier than usual time to get up to go on holiday, or a business trip, or whatever. And you have said to yourself, I need to be up at 5.00am, and you have spent a moment thinking of getting up at 5.00am. Then you have gone to bed.
And then you wake up, just before the alarm clock goes off...
This is such a common event that people don't tend to pay much attention to it. But think about it. By casually thinking about an event in the future you are able to program your mind and body to go from the dead of sleep, to wide awake.....often to the minute.
The way we think constantly programs our future thinking, feeling and behaviour.
And its the same with premature ejaculation, when you imagine, or worry that it will happen again...
There are specific neuro-linguistic and hypnotherapeutic techniques that bring your imagination under your control, so that you can guide and program your future behaviour. For the vast majority of people they are quick and easy to learn.
It varies, though on average we would expect to see a man for two or three 1 - hour sessions for the premature ejaculation treatments.

just to say hi and thanks for your help, the coming is coming along, definitely more relaxed and last longer, and quite amazing, that one spot stuff is real good i have to say i feel strangely awakened, i can stop looking at crows and magpies they look really good for some reason, that old boy on the cd is as well
