Hypnotherapy And NLP :Post Traumatic Stress Help

Hypnotherapy can help you

  • Post traumatic stress disorder is horrible.
  • But what if there were an easier way,
  • To put the past in perspective,
  • And to move forwards with your life.
  • Effective treatments for PTSD.
  • Hypnosis and NLP may well help you.

Our approach giving help to people who are suffering from Post Traumatic Stress is very direct and straightforward.

Fundamentally, we teach you literally HOW to rearrange your thinking regarding the trauma because if you always think about it in the same way, you will always feel the same way about it. It is only by learning how to think differently that you will change your emotional reaction to the memory. So it is teaching you how to think as if you had had years to gain a sense of perspective.

The origin of this treatment of post traumatic stress

By studying both brilliant therapists and people who experienced post traumatic stress in the past and have now recovered, the field of NLP was able to work out how to train someone who has recently experienced trauma to think in the same way about the experience as someone who has had years of time to come to terms with their ‘bad’ experience.

The many and varied symptoms of post traumatic stress can be successfully treated with hypnotherapy and NLP and are covered by the links you can see on the left.

It is worth noting that my approach is VERY different from that of a counselor or psychotherapist in that we will not be spending time going over the past in order to come to terms with it, we will simply be teaching you how to think differently about it.

How long will it take to treat my post traumatic stress?

This, naturally enough, varies with an individual’s circumstances. We aim to make a useful, noticeable difference as soon as possible. By utilising this combination of NLP and hypnotherapy we see people for this, on average, for 3 – 4 hour-long sessions.
