Bereavement
Bereavement and grief are processes that most of us have to go through and we do understand this. Where we can help is when someone is stuck inside grief and bereavement for a considerable time, and needs help to move forwards. This is gentle training to put the sad memories in perspective, and making it more easy and automatic to just remember the good times.

Creativity
Sometimes even the most creative folk get stuck, and can experience writers block (or artists block, or actors block). Then, when they are stuck, they get frustrated and low because they can’t seem to break free from their limiting mind set. This is where NLP and hypnosis can be so effective, allowing you easier and easier access to those states of mind where you just feel completely in ‘the flow’.

Concentration
Concentration is a state of mind, a state of being. Better concentration can be learned. When you aren’t anxious, when you aren’t stressed, when you are physiologically centered, when your thinking is cam and focused, concentration is much easier. Insomnia
Life is tough if you suffer from insomnia, especially chronic insomnia: everything can seem more difficult. And then, typically, a person gets anxious and or angry about not being able to sleep, and this makes things worse.
