Whilst working in this area  he quickly realised that lots of the tools and approaches used do not have the desired effect to help the Individuals move in the directions they want to go and overcome their problems.  “I couldn't help in the ways I wanted to, I therefore started to search for ways and people who were getting great results in this area, and that’s when I came across NLP”, he then started to study and apply those tools and principles to his own life and to help others.

Leonne trained with two of the best Master Trainers in the world, Brian Colbert and Owen Fitzpatrick of the IINLP, they are highly recommended by and have worked and trained extensively with the co-founder of NLP Richard Bandler. Leonne Is therefore certified to Master practitioner and NLP Personal change and Business coaching by the Irish Institute of NLP and the Society of NLP.

Leonne is now a Personal change and Business Coach, passionately running a successful and expanding business, and has helped people with such issues as quitting smoking, managing weight loss, phobias, negative beliefs, confidence building, peak performance, stress/relaxation, family relationships and has helped those people achieve excellent results!
