I do apologise for not getting in touch sooner, nut I have been undergoing something of a transformation. I cannot thank you enough for the way your recordings have helped me to start healing myself. The positive changes in my well-being and mental state have been there for all to see!
I have gone from feeling permanently anxious, scared and pessimistic, to a wonderful feeling of renewed vitality and relaxed alertness. My eating habits have changed for the better, my skin glows in good health and I have started regular exercise and yoga and the weight is slowly starting to creep off. In short I feel good about myself for the first time in years and each day my confidence increases!
The panic, anxiety and deep-rooted fear which have become an unwelcome but persistent part of my life for so long have faded. Before your recordings I was in such a state due to the past three years of a series of what doctor's call 'major life events'. I was so stressed out even simple everyday tasks like going to the supermarket were enough to trigger feelings of intense overwhelm and panic.
But since Christmas I have been able to find the strength to challenge the fear to the extent that situations and places I once found stressful have now ceased to be so! As you say in your CD - Wonderful.
And all of these marvellous changes despite so much uncertainty in my life at present. My seven-year relationship with my boyfriend has just ended and I am shortly to go to an industrial tribunal after my employees gave my management post to another person while I was off sick and have harassed my during my illness. But despite all this I no longer feel daunted. Instead, I have this wonderful 'buzzy' feeling inside which says that I have such a lot to look forward to - it is making me look in a different direction altogether in terms of career.
Thank you once again for helping me to help myself and switch the lights back on in my life again and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

My name is Annabel...and I am thirteen years old. I purchased Teen Success and Study-Pass exams from you and have used them repeatedly. My maths grade went up from 68% before using the CD to 98% and 86% afterwards. I also enjoy studying a lot more, and try a lot, lot harder to gain the A1's that I continually strive for at school and since using your CDs I got 4 A1s in Geography with a wonderful remark from the teacher, and only yesterday I was asked to sign the Excellence Book' for a Latin project I did with my friends after doing a whole day's work and more. I want to study!
They have also helped my mum considerably, and I have noticed her improvement, e.g. her being able to go to parties, talk to people and gain more confidence, and no longer be depressed.
Once again may I thank you on your help to me and my family.

Just wanted to let you know that all went extremely well in hospital. I am convinced that your Cds really helped. I used them at least once a day up to the day of the operation, and used them from that afternoon onwards.
I went into theatre at 8.30am on Tuesday, feeling confident and happy. I just knew it was going to be fine. O came-to quite quickly, and had a small drink. My mouth wasn't sore from the tubes, and I was in no pain which surprised me. An hour later I was sitting up eating lunch with great relish. I was hungry! I had absolutely no after-affects from the anaesthetic which surprised everyone, but what really did amaze the nursing staff was that I never needed painkillers at all! the wound drained quickly, started healing very rapidly and I was home by Thursday teatime. Wonderful. I have a job persuading my family that it had anything to with self-hypnosis but I know it worked for me.
Thank you so much Duncan. Each time I use the tapes it gets easier, and I am applying the techniques to different areas in my life. I am now working on preventing this ever happening again. I need to make some quite drastic changes and indeed have started. It's hard, but I'm getting there. I 'm doing more painting, and taking time out for myself at last. It takes practice, but I could get to enjoy it! It could become a habit! I feel great.

I thought I'd let you know that I had a check-up after Christmas and the lumps had all gone - completely. I didn't have the mammogram, just your Cds! I still play them when I feel I need a boost which isn't very often these days, just when the children are playing me up. Number three son who was so much trouble last year has started full-time school now and loves it, he settled in and is very keen, loves the child-image recording. His teachers are very impressed with him. Now I know it. I can truly help myself.

Well, what can I sat, except that I have slept to 'Eyes Right' six times and I am amazed at the results. I've had three operations over the years, and the best they could do was straighten the eye slightly, but it always used to slip in the corner because my right eye did all the work, causing me a lot of hangups and lack of confidence, making me feel unhappy about myself and preventing me from looking people in the eye during conversation. I stopped myself from socialising and meeting new people. I can hardly believe it! Both eyes now function together, my sight feels different and I have actually started to look at people face-to-face and, basically, I feel great. I'm amazed at the speed your recordings work at bringing about results. It makes me feel sad that the eye specialist at the hospital said to me about three years ago that nothing further could be done for me. I wonder how many people believe them and give up.

Many thanks for the 'Eyes Right' and the 'Self Healing' recordings. I was on the verge of having an operation for the removal of cataracts from my right eye and had been offered surgery when I heard about your recordings. After listening to Eyes Right just once, my eyesight improved dramatically and I have deferred surgery indefinately. As I work as a healer, I used to think that I was self-sufficient in this department, but I have found the self-hypnosis and self-healing recordings extremely useful in correcting my own state of health, which now enables me to help others more fully

Thank you so much for putting together the package of CDs, 'Serenity' is wonderful. Goodness knows what you are saying. The first thing I noticed was that it was possible to breathe deeply and from then on it was easier to cope.
Some doctors asked me about the recording afterwards and some of the staff in intensive care came back to me later for your address. I hope they follow it through.
I did as you suggested and expected a miracle and that was just what I received. It was as if I had a guardian angel looking after me.
I had the operation (51/2 hours) on December 2 and was able to go home a week later.
I love the tapes you sent. Psychic Healing/Healing Ways is wonderful. It confirms so many feelings I have always had but not understood and Chakra meditation is fascinating.
I am so grateful to be alive
